Autumn in a cookie

 

Ingredients

135 grams Mornflake oats

90 grams oat flour ( I use a Nutribullet to make oat flour from whole oats)

1 tablespoon Sukrin coconut flour

1 tablespoon Nutriseed chia seeds

1 sachet  Munchy Seeds omega sprinkle

1 sachet Munchy Seeds honey seeds

2 tablespoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 tablespoon Linwoods milled organic flaxseeds

½ teaspoon salt

50 grams Meridian organic maple syrup

3 tablespoons Biona apple puree

80 grams Whitworths sultanas

150 millilitres Alpro oat milk

 

Method

Simply combine all of the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl

Next add the maple syrup, apple sauce and oat milk

Stir until all your ingredients are thoroughly combined

Roll into 15 small balls and press flat to form a thick cookie shape

Place on a lined baking tray and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 10 minutes until golden brown

Devour!
