  • Oats contain beta glucan which helps lower cholesterol 
  • They contain very little saturated fat
  • The Thimain and Vitamin B6 contribute to normal energy yielding metabolism, function of the nervous system and psychological function.

  • Pre heat the oven to 175 degrees celcius

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper

  • Chop the dates into small pieces 
  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor until the mixture starts to bind. You may need to add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or plant based milk to help the binding process
  • Scoop the mixture using a tablespoon, roll gently into a ball and place on your prepared baking 
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Once cooked transfer your balls onto a wire rack and allow to cool
  • Enjoy as a snack with a good cuppa :-)
